Delete your Closer Muslim App account

To request deletion of your Closer Muslim App account and associated personal data, use the form below or email info@closermuslimapp.com with the subject “Closer account deletion request”. Use the email address linked to your app account so we can identify it. We may need to verify that the request is yours before processing it. Do not send your password.

You can also use the account-deletion option in the app’s Settings. Submitting this form sends a request; it does not automatically delete an account.

Deleting the app from your phone does not delete your account. Manage or cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription separately in your store account. Copies already downloaded to another person’s device may need to be removed by that person.

We are confirming the exact deletion timescales and any records that must be retained. We will explain the applicable handling when responding to your request.
